Today’s workplaces need to support more than one way of working. From focused individual tasks to collaborative sessions and informal conversations, people move between different settings throughout the day. At Kindling in London’s White City, Savo Studio helps bring this flexibility to life.

Located in a neighbourhood known for reinvention, the 30,000-square-foot coworking space by Oneder is designed to spark ideas, fuel growth and bring people together. Throughout the workspace, 98 Savo Studio task chairs and 16 Savo Studio High chairs provide ergonomic seating across a variety of work settings, supporting members whenever and however they choose to work.

One chair, many ways of working

With open workstations, collaborative areas and quiet spaces for focused work, Savo Studio provides a consistent seating solution across the coworking space, adapting effortlessly to different users and ways of working.

Enky, which furnished the workspace, was drawn to its clean, considered design. “We really liked the simple design of the seat and the backrest, so it looks good when lined up along a coworking bench.” They also highlight the chrome detailing, including “the chrome panel connecting the backrest to the seat”, as a distinctive feature.

The chair’s compact footprint was another important consideration. “The client needed something with a small footprint, so we were looking for something that would fit in the space, while also being more ergonomic than typical side chairs.”

Savo Studio combines a timeless design inspired by retro aesthetics with intuitive, modern ergonomics. Its straightforward adjustments allow each chair to be quickly adapted to the individual, whether they are working for an hour or an entire day. This makes it particularly well suited to shared spaces, where multiple people may use the same chair throughout the day. Simple, intuitive controls help users find a comfortable sitting position without complicated settings.

For Enky, adaptability is key to successful workplace furniture. “Furniture in modern workplaces needs to be adaptable, particularly in a co-working space,” they explain. “A chair that functions like a task chair, that can be comfortable for longer periods of work, and is light so it can be easily moved around, all while looking more stylish than the classic generic chunky task chairs, makes a successful chair.”

Alongside the task chairs, 16 Savo Studio High chairs are positioned at elevated workstations and collaboration areas throughout the workspace.

Savo Studio High offers the same recognisable design language as the task chair, while being specifically adapted for higher working positions. The chair is equally suited for project work, informal meetings or standing-height tables, giving users another option to vary their posture during the day.

Together, Savo Studio and Savo Studio High create a cohesive seating solution that supports a range of workplace settings while maintaining a consistent visual expression.

Designed to last

Like all Savo seating, Savo Studio is designed with longevity in mind, both in terms of durability and aesthetics. Its timeless appearance allows it to remain relevant as workplaces evolve, while its ergonomic performance continues to support users day after day.
