To continue attracting more students, researchers and qualified staff, the department of Technology and Innovation at the University of Southern Denmark sought to create attractive, inspiring environments for study and work.
They also had to achieve this in a smaller area than before, which made it necessary to make the best possible use of the premises. By using effective interior design solutions and well-made designer products in carefully selected materials, more students per teacher can now be taught in rooms that are both modern and aesthetically pleasing.
They chose furniture in grey and black to complement the vivid colour schemes in the university’s rooms. Meeting rooms and work rooms were furnished with adjustable desks, meeting tables with technology integrated in the top, and Savo Invite and Savo Soul chairs with mesh backs.
